As described in Chapter 3. Of the BCS 3.0 Release Notes (see link) a sophisticated monitoring framework has been shipped with the latest CSP (BCS 30B CSP-001 and BCS 30A CSP-002) utilizing SAP CCMS Monitoring capabilities. Implementation of this framework requires expert knowledge of SAP CCMS.
