ASTM D1250 has been issued as a new version with the designation ASTM D1250-25. This version is effective upon the date of publication (January 2026) and supersedes the previous edition of the standard.

QuantityWare has carefully analyzed this new version. The 2004 and 2008 implementations based on this standard are techically not affected by this new version. Customers utilizing conversion groups based on these implementations (up until ASTM D1250-19 Addendum 2 – see News Item 2019 for details) are compliant with this new version.
